Spring Roll Dipping Sauce is a Cambodian Food Recipe for a fish and chili sauce used with spring rolls.
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 red chilli long, cleaned and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ½ cup of water
- Mix ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Separate into equal portions in small serving bowls.
