Sweet and Sour Sauce is a Cambodian food recipe with sugar and vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- ¼ c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ c. water
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir constantly over high heat until sugar dissolves.
- Serve at room temperature.
