Spring Roll Dipping Sauce is a Cambodian Food Recipe for a fish and chili sauce used with spring rolls.
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 red chilli long, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup of water
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
  2. Separate into equal portions in small serving bowls.
